The information on our website is provided in good faith as an accurate representation of the goods we are selling. Wood grain and shade may vary so the product you receive may not look exactly the same as the images on the website. Please let us know if you would like a sample.
By ordering from us we require that you provide us with accurate information to allow us to collect payment and deliver the goods.
Acceptance of your Order
When you place your order online, you will send an acknowledgement email. This is not an acceptance of your order. The order will be accepted when a date and time for delivery has been agreed. You have the right to cancel your order prior to acceptance.We may choose not to accept your order if;

Cancellation
If you decide to cancel your order, you must do so by telephoning the number at the top of the page. Following this you must confirm your cancellation in writing or by email.
Payment
Our online payments are processed by PayPal.You can pay through your PayPal account by using any of the bank cards accepted by PayPal.
Pricing
Prices on the website include VAT at standard rate but do not include delivery. We currently charge £45 for delivery and this will be added to your order total automatically.
Delivery
All deliveries are made at a date and time agreed with our Customer. Our standard delivery charge of £45 covers London and South East England. Other areas will be subject to a surcharge depending on the distances involved. Currently we only deliver to the UK mainland.
Returns
We are proud of our reputation and our products and if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, the products will be exchanged or your money refunded in full. The choice will be yours.
